Service is used, which tags are actually deployed and how they are deployed. This data may be used to
improve, maintain, protect and develop their services.
Our service provider is Google Inc. in the USA.
Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics. This system makes it possible to establish various analyses of the
frequentation and the use of our Internet site.
The information collected includes your IP address, your configuration (device, browser, resolution, etc.),
your access provider, the page consulted, the previous page as well as the various interactions with our site
(consultation time, clicks, completed forms, etc.).

Our service provider is Google Inc. in the USA.
Other third-party services and content
Our website may contain other third-party content such as YouTube videos, Zoom meetings, Google Maps,
Spotify or Anchor podcasts, Slideshare presentations, social networking buttons or other elements.
This implies that the providers of such content record your IP address or other elements. For example, if
you are logged into your Google Account, access to a page containing a YouTube video may be attributed
to your account. Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties
unless it is necessary for the performance of the contract or our legal obligations or you have expressly
consented to it (e.g. to ensure the security of our website entry forms). The Emotions Home may also
transfer data to third parties if it is required to do so by law or by administrative or judicial decision.
The recipients of this data are partly in Switzerland, but may be located abroad. If we transfer data to a
country that does not offer adequate legal data protection, we ensure an appropriate level of protection by
means of corresponding contracts or we rely on the following exceptional cases: consent, contractual
performance, the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, overriding public interests, published
personal data or the need to protect the integrity of the persons concerned.
To conduct online meetings, video conferences or webinars (hereinafter referred to as "online meetings"),
we use the "Zoom" service with an on-site ("on premise") infrastructure. The data processed in this context
are: user name, general information about service preferences, information about the device, network and
Internet connection of each user, e.g. IP address(es), MAC address, other devices (UDID), device type, type
and version 1/7 operating system type and version, client version, information about the use of Zoom
products or other interactions with Zoom products ("Usage Information"), other information that the user
uploads, makes available or creates while using the Service, and metadata used to maintain the Service
provided.
The "Zoom" service used for online meetings is provided by a provider in the United States; personal data
may therefore also be processed in a third country. An adequate level of data protection is contractually
guaranteed. Even in the case of an on-premise infrastructure, user and meeting metadata and cloud
records are managed in the Zoom public cloud. To complete the protection measures, the Emotions Home
has decided to configure Zoom in such a way that only data centers located in Switzerland and the EU are
used for online meetings.
As is often the case with this type of collaborative tool, other personal data may be exchanged between the
Emotions Home and the parties involved, such as chat messages, images, files, audio or video recordings,
contacts and metadata used to maintain the service provided.
When you participate in a "Zoom" online meeting without being recorded, the data processed is limited to a
minimum. The online meeting is only recorded upon prior notice and in any case saved locally. Further
information on the processing of personal data by "Zoom" can be found in the privacy statement of the
service.

the data to exercise our rights. If charges are applicable, we will inform you in advance. We have drawn your
